Rates and deposit

Both the completed rental form and payment confirmation are required before we hand a scooter over. You can read the agreement below first, then open the rental form when you are ready. The version of the agreement you accept in the form is the one that applies to your rental.
Rental agreement
1. Use of Scooter
The scooter is for personal transportation only. The renter must comply with all Malaysian road-use regulations and must be 18 years or older.
2. Responsibility & Care
The scooter and helmet must be returned in the same condition. Damage, missing parts or loss is deducted from the deposit.
3. Usage Restrictions
Strictly no off-road use, stunts, racing or illegal activities. Avoid riding in floods or heavy rain unless we confirm it is safe. No lending, sub-renting or commercial use.
4. Tracking & Security
All scooters have GPS trackers. Tracking may be used in cases of theft, misuse or emergency. Tampering with, disabling or removing the tracker is prohibited and may lead to penalties or a full compensation claim.
5. Breakdown, Loss & Theft
A natural breakdown that is not caused by misuse may qualify for support or a replacement. In the case of theft or total loss, the renter is liable for full compensation and the deposit is forfeited.
6. Liability
The rider rides at their own risk. The owner is not responsible for injuries or third-party damages, and any legal offence committed during the rental is the renter's responsibility. Riders are advised to check the brakes, display, throttle and overall condition before use, and to report any fault before riding.
7. Payment & Deposit
Full rental payment and the deposit are required before the scooter is released. The deposit is refunded after inspection on return.
8. Early Return / Cancellation
There is no refund for unused duration once the scooter has been handed over. A cancellation before the rental starts may be partially refunded at the owner's discretion.
9. Repairs, Parts & Maintenance
Damaged or missing parts are deducted from the deposit. The renter pays 30% of standard pricing for parts and services (refer to our parts pricing). Where repair costs exceed the deposit, the renter pays the balance.
10. Return Time Extension
Scooters must be returned by 12:00 PM (noon) the following day. An extension is subject to prior agreement. Late returns are charged RM20 per additional day.
